Summer Intern, Identity and Access Management

How you'll make an impact:

We are seeking a summer intern to work alongside our Identity and Access Management team. In this role, you will be working closely with IAM Engineers on our identity platform. What you'll do:
 

• Assist in the implementation and maintenance of IAM policies, procedures, and best practices.
• Support the team in user provisioning, de-provisioning, and role management processes.
• Help monitor and audit user access and permissions across various systems and applications.
• Participate in the analysis of access control requirements and assist in developing appropriate solutions.
• Assist with IAM-related projects, including system upgrades and migrations.
• Document processes, procedures, and findings for internal compliance and training purposes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with security policies and practices.
• Stay updated on IAM trends, technologies, and best practices

What you'll need:

• Basic understanding of IAM concepts, including user provisioning, authentication, and authorization.
• Familiarity with access control models (RBAC, ABAC) is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Experience with IAM tools (e.g., Okta, Azure AD, SailPoint) is a plus.
• Basic knowledge of scripting languages (e.g., Python, PowerShell) is beneficial.
• Familiarity with compliance frameworks (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA) is advantageous.
