Sr. Desktop Engineer

Description

The Desktop Engineer is responsible to provide business/technical knowledge and expertise in processes, solutions, integration, data migration, and custom development. Leads the envisioning, architecture, and design discussions to address business needs. Works in conjunction with other IS departments. Creates and contributes to the development of strategies, policies, and best practices. Designs, develops, and articulates solutions based on customer's strategic business or technical requirements. Responsible for the delivery of the overall solution including but not limited to technical architecture designs, business strategies, and delivery of quality assurance plans. Works closely with Project Managers and Program Managers in the design, development, and implementation of the technical content defined in the Statement of Work. These services may be provided for both the LLUMC and LLUCH hospitals. Performs other duties as needed. Candidate needs to have strong Microsoft Technology experience with Sharepoint (on prem & O365) SCCM, Intune, O365, Jamf & MAC Support, Windows based print server support
