In this role, you will drive program schedules, manage risks, and ensure successful delivery from early development through mass production. - Partner with engineering teams on system architecture, wireless integration, and product design.
- Drive schedules, track milestones, and manage program risk across hardware, firmware, and manufacturing.
- Manage testing milestones, including cellular certification processes with the compliance team.
- Coordinate water-resistance design validation and testing (e.g., IP ratings).
- Own cross-functional communications and alignment, ensuring clarity across engineering, manufacturing, and leadership teams.
- Champion clear documentation, issue tracking, and resolution through each phase of development.
Essential Skills
- 3+ years of experience in Program Management, ideally in consumer electronics.
- Delivered wireless products to market with seamless software integration for Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, and LTE/5G technologies.
- Hands-on experience with cellular certification processes and regulatory approvals.
- Experience with design and testing for water resistance (e.g., IP-rated products).
- Experience working with overseas manufacturing partners and supporting factory builds.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, highly collaborative environment.
- Background in electrical or mechanical engineering.
- Experience in drone, robotics, or adjacent industries.
