CAD Drafter

You will be responsible for producing construction documents across multiple platforms, primarily focused on AutoCAD and Revit. You will collaborate with project leads to develop plans, elevations, sections, schedules, and details. You will support the studio team in all phases of architectural development and provide quality control on your work and others'.

Responsibilities

• Produced construction documents using AutoCAD and other platforms.
• Collaborate with project leads to develop plans, elevations, sections, schedules, and details.
• Support the studio team in all phases of architectural development.
• Provide quality control on work produced by self and others.

Essential Skills

• 3-5 years of architectural experience.
• Experience in single-family, multifamily, and commercial projects.
• Familiarity with CBC, CRC, IBC, IRC, and related building codes.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit.
• Ability to work within an established drafting system to produce consistent results.
• Ability to work on multiple projects at various stages of completion.
• Ability to work from design sketches and drawings to create accurate Revit/CAD drawings that maintain design intent.
• Proficiency in all Microsoft Office programs.

Work Environment
