  • Manage a high volume of contingent workforce requests, handling end-to-end onboarding, system access, SOWs, NDAs, and any change orders.

  • Develop and manage comprehensive project documentation and SOPs to ensure hiring managers have clear guidelines on legal and compliance processes when engaging external staff.
  • Conduct regular audits on compliance documentation to maintain alignment with internal and regulatory requirements.
Vendor Management and Project Improvement:
  • Lead the project management of vendor relations, conducting performance evaluations, rate negotiations, and issue resolution to align vendor performance with WCS's standards.
  • Oversee and enhance the resourcing database in Airtable, serving as the custodian of accurate and up-to-date information on all WCS staffing, including contractor and freelancer engagements.
  • Continuously monitor and optimize vendor performance and resourcing processes, identifying and executing improvement projects that enhance resource availability, data accuracy, and cost-effectiveness.
Change Management and Resource Planning Strategy:
  • Act as a change management champion for new processes, tools, and documentation related to ways of working, legal requirements, and resourcing workflows.
  • Partner with WCS leadership to implement best practices in project management, resource allocation, and vendor coordination.
  • Evaluate internal talent, work models, and vendor resources, providing strategic recommendations to optimize the Creative Studio's staffing and project resource planning efforts.
Qualifications:
  • 5+ years' experience in Project Management, Human Resources, Resource Management, Contingent Workforce Management, Creative Operations, or related fields.
  • Proven project management expertise with a background in resource planning, preferably within a creative or marketing environment.
  • Strong understanding of legal and compliance requirements related to contingent workforce management, including NDAs, SOWs, and change order processes.
  • Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and experience managing sensitive data within large-scale organizations.
