Job Title: Administrative Support Specialist
Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Administrative Support Specialist to join our team on a contract basis for 6 months, with the potential for conversion to a permanent role based on performance. The role involves handling various office administrative tasks, including responding to emails, filing, copying documents, performing inventory into the ERP system, data entry, and assisting with other administrative duties.
Responsibilities
- Respond to emails in a timely and professional manner.
- Manage filing and copying of documents.
- Perform inventory management tasks using the ERP system.
- Enter data accurately into various systems.
- Assist with additional administrative tasks such as answering phone calls and transferring calls.
- Support the team with invoice processing and related activities.
Essential Skills
- Proficiency in administrative support tasks.
- Strong data entry skills.
- Experience with clerical duties.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook.
- Experience with inventory management and order entry.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent multitasking abilities.
- Ability to learn quickly.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

Work Environment
This position is based in an office environment, working 37.5 hours per week from Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM.
