Job Description:
-National Campaigns Unit provides shareholder communications for public companies on behalf of internal clients
-Shareholder communications includes inbound, outbound calls and email responses
- handling 100+ calls a shift
- will be working off a script
MUST HAVE SKILLS:
-HS Diploma or GED required
-6 months+ years of customer service, data entry experience
- MUST HAVE HIGH CALL CENTER EXPERIENCE
- Good speaking voice
- Ability to read and correct grammar
Equipment Requirements - MUST HAVE: (will not be considered if applicant does not have these things)
-PC Windows (10 or 11) – No Lenex, Chrome, MAC, etc.
-Headsets – need USB headsets (no wireless)
-Dual monitor
-Internet Speed: 50 download/ 10 upload
This is a CONTRACT ROLE (3 months long- not extensions at this time)
PART-TIME (26 hours a week)
EVENING SHIFT - 6PM - 11PM EST and Saturdays 12PM - 6PM EST (this is not negotiable)
FULLY REMOTE position
