Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Commercial Security Technician with 5+ years of experience in Commercial Security, CCTV, and access systems installation and servicing. The ideal candidate will use their own vehicle for transportation.

Responsibilities:

• Handle service tickets for Small Business and Commercial Businesses.
• Utilize a mobile app to view job details, locations, and schedules.
• Communicate with customers when enroute to jobs; notify Derrick Miller if running late.
• Manage inventory efficiently, with all inventory sent to the technician's residence.
• Troubleshoot technical problems and diagnose causes of system failures.
• Replace system components as assigned, including panels, peripheral devices, audible/visual alarms, etc.
• Maintain safety practices to prevent injury and property damage.
• Ensure a clean and organized workspace/job site, maintaining customer satisfaction after each interaction.
