Ct Technologist

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and explain examination processes.
• Answer patient questions under provider supervision.
• Request and order necessary supplies.
• Perform and evaluate completed tests for quality and completeness.
• Ensure quality images are produced.
• Select and operate equipment as directed.

Essential Skills/Qualifications

• ARRT, CAT SCAN, CT experience, or completion of a certified CT program.
• ARRT or NMTCB license with the required paperwork to perform diagnostic CTs on file with the state.
• Basic Life Support (BLS).

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Training in computer-assisted tomography.
• Associate’s degree preferred.

Work Environment

This is a fully on-site position in the District of Columbia with opportunities to work evening/night and weekend day shifts.
