Job Description

We are seeking a PLM Analyst with strong experience in microbiology or related sciences to join our team. The role involves analytical testing, quality assurance, and project management in a lab setting. The successful candidate will analyze samples for asbestos and fungi, prepare and analyze various environmental samples, and ensure data integrity using LIMS.

Responsibilities

• Analyze bulk samples for asbestos and fungi.
• Prepare and analyze aerobiological, environmental, and water samples.
• Enter and report data using LIMS.
• Review data independently and perform quality control tasks.
• Assist with lab accreditations and maintain QA documents.
• Manage projects based on urgency and deadlines.
• Ensure adherence to company policies.

Essential Skills

• Asbestos analysis
• PLM, PDM, PCM microscopy techniques
• Microscope proficiency
• Knowledge in Biology and Geology

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Microbiology, Biology, Geology, or a related science.
• 1-2 years of lab experience with mold and/or asbestos microscopy analysis.
• Authorization to work in the U.S. without restriction or sponsorship.

Work Environment

The work environment includes both lab and cubicle settings. The role involves the use of various microscopy techniques and requires adherence to safety and quality assurance protocols.
