Network Project Coordinator

Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Network Analyst to join our team. This role, which functions as a project manager and technical analyst, is crucial for managing incoming meetings from the PMO group, determining team needs, and overseeing various technical projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in network infrastructure, project management, and technical analysis.

Responsibilities:

-Attend and manage incoming meetings from the PMO group.

-Determine requirements from the team/group and create budgets and spreadsheets.

-Take on new site acquisitions and assess existing equipment needs.

-Create orders for hardware and submit them to the PMO for approval.

-Develop and manage budgets, place orders, and work with external vendors.

-Establish installation timelines and handle numerous calls and emails.

-Conduct walk-throughs and hands-on inspections at different buildings.

Top Skills:

-Strong infrastructure knowledge.

-Understanding of power requirements, (difference between 110 plug vs 208 plug, etc)

-Project management experience.

-Networking experience (desktop PM experience is acceptable with some training)
