Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Controls Engineer to join our design and manufacturing team. This intermediate-level position requires the ability to plan, coordinate, and execute engineering projects from design through manufacturing. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of PLC programming and practices and can handle more complex tasks compared to an entry-level engineer.

• Implement and improve manufacturing processes.
• Engage in PLC programming and ladder logic development.
• Drive process improvement and lean manufacturing initiatives.

Essential Skills

• Proficiency in manufacturing processes.
• Experience in PLC programming and ladder logic.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical engineering principles.
• Ability to use AutoCAD and similar CAD software.
• Solid understanding of design and manufacturing engineering.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering.
• Experience with Allen Bradley PLCs.
