Job Title: Financial Analyst

Job Description

We are seeking a talented Financial Analyst to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for analyzing current and past financial data and performance, preparing reports and projections, assisting with budgeting and forecasting, and providing general financial support. This role also includes coordinating with the finance team for month-end close duties and supporting the accounting team as needed.

Responsibilities

• Analyze current and past financial data and performance.
• Prepare reports and projections based on financial analyses.
• Assist with the preparation of annual budgets and periodic forecasts for assigned business support areas.
• Assist with the preparation of balance sheet, cash flow, and capex budgets and forecasts.
• Coordinate with other finance team members to perform month-end close duties, including variance analysis and related reporting.
• Provide general financial support for assigned business units.
• Support the accounting team for audit activities, reporting, and special projects.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• BS degree in Finance, Business Administration, Accounting, or related field
• Minimum 5-7 years of experience in a Senior Accountant or FP&A role
• Understanding of indirect cash flow, reconciliations, and balance sheet reporting
• Experience in researching, analyzing, and communicating financial data to non-financial leaders
• Strong work ethic and ability to maintain confidentiality
