Job Title: Director, Revenue Cycle Management
Job Description
To lead all aspects of revenue cycle operations. This role oversees billing, coding, claims, accounts receivable, and reimbursement functions across home infusion, retail, and long-term care divisions. The position requires strong leadership, operational expertise, and a commitment to compliance and efficiency to support the organization’s mission of delivering exceptional healthcare.
Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee all revenue cycle operations including billing, coding, claims, accounts receivable, and reimbursement functions.
- Train, mentor, and manage revenue cycle staff to enhance productivity and performance, including leading a team of 3 managers.
- Supervise a staff of in-house, contracted, and temporary employees.
- Direct billing, eligibility, claims processing, payment reconciliation, and accounts receivable management.
- Establish clear workflows and performance goals for the team.
- Ensure all operations comply with federal, state, and payer-specific regulations.
- Prepare detailed reports and analyze performance metrics to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Keep up with regulatory updates and implement changes when necessary.

- 5+ years of experience within revenue cycle management

Additional Skills & Qualifications
- At least 5 years of experience in revenue cycle management at a manager or director level
- Experience in a medical setting, whether it's medical insurance, healthcare billing, medical practice, or a health system
- Bachelor's degree in Finance/Accounting, Healthcare management, or related field
- HFMA, CHFP, or CRCP certification
- Understanding of all relevant federal, state, medical billing rules and regulations specific to Medicare, Medicaid, private insurance, and payer regulations
- Comfortable navigating billing software
- Knowledge of FOCUS-PDCA process improvement model
Work Environment
In office at the Airport location.
Compensation:$140000
