Job Description
This position is responsible for processing customer parts orders, status requests, and miscellaneous requests via email, phone, and SAP. The role demands absolute commitment to customer satisfaction through timely responses, attention to detail, and assurance of quality, on-time spare parts delivery.
Responsibilities
- Manage parts orders, quotations, status requests, returns, and other miscellaneous requests from customers.
- Investigate and develop resolutions to problems that may occur with orders and shipments.
- Work in conjunction with other departments to develop cost-effective methods to reduce cycle times and ensure best-in-class service to our customers.
- Assist with follow-ups on past due payments, collection activities, etc., when required.
- Supervise overall activities of the department to produce products to established quality standards and processes.
- Use current data collection processes to gather information for root cause analysis.
- Understand design concepts and theories of operation of various product lines and variables introduced by product variations, collation, and transfer systems.
- Coordinate final inspections and analyze assembly problems to determine the course of action.

Skills & Qualifications
- Associate's degree preferred
- Three years of previous experience in a related field preferred
- Exposure to SolidWorks, EPDM, ACAD, SAP, IES, and Microsoft Office preferred
- Lean/Continuous Improvement experience preferred
- Manufacturing or retail sales experience would be beneficial
Work Environment
The work schedule is Monday through Friday, from 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM, with some flexibility. The position requires five days a week in the office, with the potential for a hybrid schedule after proving reliability and competence. The team has a great culture with high longevity, typically around 10+ years. The facility hosts a total of 140 employees, with 80 working in-office and 60 on the production floor.
