• Monday-Friday 10pm-6:30am

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in the Life Sciences preferred
• If no degree, must have 5+ years of production experience
• Ability to create and update standard operating procedures
• Experience in writing deviation reports
• Strong attention to detail and ability to oversee production processes

Job Description

• Perform duties associated with aseptic processes, weighing, measuring, counting, calculations, sampling, and verifications required for biological production processes.
• Ensure compliance with batch production records (BPR) and current good manufacturing practice (cGMP) standards.
• Understand the basic operation of production equipment and ensure all equipment, instruments, and production materials are released and available for use.
• Look up and perform transactions within the electronic inventory management system.
• Oversee production processes, cleaning, environmental monitoring, and personnel.
• Perform in-process batch quality checks per the written procedures.
• Follow safety rules, wear appropriate safety equipment, and maintain proper safety practices at all times.
• Create and update standard operating procedures and write deviation reports using basic computer skills.
• Complete all assigned training, including general company procedures, area procedures, equipment operation, computer operation, safety, and GMP.
• Generate or collect new ideas about the workplace and processes.
• Read and interpret batch records, quality, and safety documentation.
