- Travel domestically and internationally by automobile or aircraft to inspect equipment, pass-thru components, shop fabrications, and field installations at various locations worldwide.
- Ensure contractors have properly and safely installed equipment in compliance with provided drawings and guidelines.
- Collaborate with contractors to address required adjustments or changes before equipment startup.
- Provide training to plant operators on the correct operation and maintenance of equipment, fostering long-term efficiency.
- Diagnose and resolve field-related issues promptly, delivering cost-effective solutions and ensuring satisfaction for all stakeholders.
- The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong electro-mechanical aptitude, with hands-on experience working with machines or heavy equipment.
- This role requires openness to traveling to customer locations up to 90% of the time.
- Candidates will seldom need to work onsite in Aurora, as the role requires 90% travel to customer locations.
- Most of this travel will necessitate overnight stays in hotels.
