Job Description
The Procurement Compliance leader will be responsible for supporting global Supply Chain risk, compliance, and governance activities. Through their extensive knowledge of regulatory requirements, this individual will lead a team of professionals to enable the implementation and execution of best-in-class risk management solutions. The ideal candidate holds experience in and understands the evolving regulatory landscape.

Job Description
The Procurement Compliance leader will be responsible for supporting global Supply Chain risk, compliance, and governance activities. Through their extensive knowledge of regulatory requirements, this individual will lead a team of professionals to enable the implementation and execution of best-in-class risk management solutions. The ideal candidate holds experience in and understands the evolving regulatory landscape.
Core Responsibilities:
Supply Chain Compliance
- Gather, study, interpret, and inform on International trade and regulatory statutes
- Establish and manage Supply Chain Compliance Management through technology roadmap alignment and Supplier engagement
- Extensive financial and strategic analysis on what-if scenarios
- Establish personal credibility and lead conversations across the organization, including Engineering, Legal, Finance, Supply Chain, Sales, and others.
- Respond to formal and informal queries surrounding supply, trade, compliance, and regulations.
- Accountable for data integrity from internal and external sources.
- Authoring, updating, and publishing procurement policies, Supplier Code of Conduct, and internal procurement resources
- Designing and executing governance of initial due diligence and ongoing oversight of third parties
- Act as audit and Risk requirement support role-present reporting on adequacy of oversight to business senior management and risk committees
- Coordinate with internal SMEs to implement and maintain internal procedural documents/job aids
- Experience managing strategic teams
- In-depth international trade, regulation, and compliance experience.
- Strong leader who is comfortable working with stakeholders of all levels
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Basic Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in procurement, supply chain, finance or a related field
- 5+ years of procurement related compliance experience
- Legal authorization to work in the U.S. indefinitely is required/ Employer work permit sponsorship is not available for this position
