Interim Finance Manager

Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Finance Consultant to support our Finance team during a critical ERP upgrade project. This role is designed to backfill day-to-day responsibilities, ensuring seamless financial operations while the team focuses on the transformation project.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide support to the Finance Director, in corporate analytical activities, including enterprise-wide forecasting and budgeting.
• Develop and maintain financial models for forecasting and budgeting purposes.
• Manage a substantial budget of over $1.5 billion.
• Prepare for the budget cycle, including creating the budget calendar.
• Re-evaluate and manage leftover responsibilities while the team is focused on the finance transformation project.
• Perform with minimal training and quickly integrate into the team to provide immediate value.
• Act as an individual contributor, focusing on managing processes rather than people.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• 10-15 years of experience in Finance Management or FP&A.
• Proven experience in the manufacturing sector.
• Strong financial modeling capabilities.
• Preferred experience with Hyperion.
• Ability to work independently and manage large budgets effectively.

Work Environment

• This role will primarily work, with expectation to come into the office as needed for certain events/meetings etc.
