Qualifications:
- Recent/previous manufacturing or packaging industry experience in a corporate office setting
- 3+ years of order processing experience
- Parts knowledge or working with blue prints
- Account/Customer Management
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and ERP systems
- Minimum High School Diploma preferred
Hours:
Monday through Friday (Fully Onsite)
8am to 5pm
Description
-Provide overall support to the After Market organization
-Data entry of sales parts orders and quotes.
-Coordinate and assist in Retrofits project management including scheduling and parts orders
-Coordinate and assist in Spare Parts Kits project management including parts orders
-Coordinate and monitor backlog weekly with Supply Chain
-Coordinate and assist in Field Changes with engineering including parts orders
-Keep Customer Master Database up-to-date by creating new and updating existing records in ERP, CRM and FSL (Sales Force Field Service Lightning) from customer interactions.
-Provide support to audit, training and Preventive Maintenance services by organizing and producing audit and Preventive Maintenance reports submitted by technician activities and part/service quotes.
-Special assignments for management in support of strategic objectives.
• When purchased parts are not available in the stockroom, work with the Materials Team to arrange “Drop Shipments” from our vendors to the End User.
• Work with the Materials Team to arrange “same day shipments” when customers need parts expedited to their facility.
• Issue Return Authorization numbers for customers for warranty and/or defective parts. Issue appropriate credits.
• Follow-up on open RMA’s to ensure that the parts are returned to ARPAC.
• Assist the Director of After Market Business on special assignments designed to both drive revenue and improve operational efficiencies.
• Assist Accounting with collection efforts when input from the parts team is required.
