Position Summary

  • The Dock Coordinator will work closely with the shipping Supervisor and Group Lead to maintain safety and efficacy on the shipping dock. This position is responsible requires a goal-oriented individual with the ability to multi-task. Good communication skills, ability to balance workload and desire to grow within the company are key to success in this role.


Required Qualifications
  • Must be able to work without close supervision.
  • Ability to read, write and count accurately.
  • Basic knowledge of math (addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division)
  • Demonstrate a strong sense of urgency.
  • Ability to work in a seasonally warm or cool environment.
  • Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and up to 100 pounds occasionally.
  • Constant standing, walking, bending, reaching, stooping, and climbing; normal eyesight (regular or corrected)


Preferred Qualifications
Previous experience in outbound shipping

Education
Highschool diploma or equivalent certification

Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is:

$17.00 - $28.46

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.
