JOB DUTIES:
• Under general supervision, analyzes requirements and assists in the selection, installation, testing and support of network devices and other related hardware and software.
• Utilize existing request system to assist users to resolve technical problems related to network infrastructure components, policies and procedures.
• Assist with/troubleshoot enterprise software (Active Directory, e-mail, data backup, anti-virus, anti-spyware, network, accounts) as necessary
• Assist technical staff in support of agency security standards and required documentation.
• Provides technical support on networking issues.
• Assists with daily maintenance and administration of local area network.
• Maintains network documentation and configuration information.
• Performs other duties as assigned

Additional Skills & Qualifications
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
• Graduate of a college or university with a bachelor’s degree. Related technical or vocational training will substitute for the bachelor’s degree requirement on a year-for-year basis.
• Must have two years of professional experience in end user support/desktop support.
• Experience in computer programming, systems analysis, and/or network support will substitute for the bachelor’s degree requirement on a year-for-year basis.
