Technical Support Specialist-LaGrange

Description

We are looking for a knowledgeable, experienced Desktop Support technician with a high aptitude for customer service to work at our Clients facility in LaGrange, KY. Candidates must also be experienced with desktop support, including but not limited to installation, troubleshooting, and repair devices in a windows-based environment. Along with desktop duties the candidate may be required to assist with security cameras, servers, and network switches. Qualified candidates must maintain a valid driver’s license and be able to lift and carry heavy objects or work in uncomfortable positions for extended periods of time.
