Job Title: Compliance Specialist


Job Description

The compliance specialist will be responsible for maintaining licenses for various businesses and processes within the company.


Responsibilities

  • Monitor filing dates for license renewals and ensure timely submissions.
  • Assist in applying for license renewals and maintaining compliance documentation.
  • Communicate with various departments to resolve compliance-related issues.
  • Respond to inquiries regarding licenses and regulatory requirements.
  • Research and collect receipts to file licenses accurately.
  • Perform other duties as assigned to support the compliance team.

Work Environment

The work environment includes an office setting with cubicles. The role follows a hybrid schedule with remote work on Mondays and Fridays, and in-office work on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays.
