Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Software Product Manager to lead the product strategy, roadmap, and development of our decarbonization software solutions for enterprise customers. You will ensure alignment with company objectives and customer needs, working closely with cross-functional teams to drive customer adoption and success.
Responsibilities
- Lead the product strategy, roadmap, and development of our decarbonization software solutions for enterprise customers.
- Collaborate with engineering, design, sales, and marketing teams to develop and launch new product features and enhancements.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify industry trends, customer pain points, and opportunities for innovation.
- Engage with enterprise customers to gather feedback and translate insights into actionable product requirements and development priorities.
- Define and track key performance metrics to measure the success of our decarbonization software products and inform data-driven product decisions.
- Work with sales and marketing teams to develop and execute go-to-market strategies, positioning, and messaging.
- Provide thought leadership and subject matter expertise on decarbonization and sustainability, representing the company at industry events and customer engagements.
Essential Skills
- 5+ years of Software Product Management experience in the SaaS industry
- 4-year Bachelors degree
- Knowledge of agile or scrum methodologies
- Product Trio Experience
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Software product management certifications (e.g., Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) / Professional Scrum Product Owner (PSPO))
- BI portal or reporting experience
- AI project experience
Work Environment
Our company follows a hybrid work policy, requiring employees to work on-site for 2 days a week.
