Your work will span across multiple project types and will involve producing design documentation, including schematics, design development, and construction documents. Responsibilities

• Produce design documentation, including schematics, design development, and construction documents.
• Collaborate with a dynamic team on various project types.
• Work on a variety of projects including multifamily housing and sr living.
• Engage in all stages of the design process from schematic design through construction documents.
• Develop and refine your presentation and communication skills.
• Work with different studios depending on workload, allowing exposure to a broad range of projects.

Essential Skills

• 3-5 years of experience in design and construction documentation.
• Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Suite.
• Experience in multifamily and sr living projects.

Work Environment

The firm operates out of a Class A office space in the 100 N Charles Tower on the 18th floor, offering a panoramic view of the city. The team consists of 75 employees across five studios in Baltimore, with projects ranging from housing, interiors, graphics and signage, commercial to international projects. Architects have the opportunity to work with different studios depending on workload, ensuring diverse project exposure. The office space was recently renovated, providing a modern and inspiring work environment.
