Multimedia Operations Analyst

Job Description:

The primary role of the Infrastructure Operations Analyst within the AV/Multimedia Team is to assist users with their AV needs and to ensure that the AV technology is working properly at all times. This includes but is not limited to testing and setting up calls, making or coordinating repairs of systems, training users on the use of the technology, working with other entities within the organization and providing feedback to Design Engineers regarding system performance and possible changes based on observations of space utilization. Responsible for service delivery across all technology domains and all consumers, including execution of all backup, recovery, disaster recovery, and related capabilities. This person will be supporting their new HQ building and will be supporting audio (music), conference rooms, huddle rooms, huddle lounges. They will be responsible for doing any hardware repairs on the AV equipment, swapping out parts, and supporting AV Sound boards for some of their corporate events.

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

• 3+ years of relevant experience

• High level of proficiency in maintaining good customer relationships is required

• Knowledge of Cisco, Poly and AMX systems is preferred

• Experience working with video conferencing (VTC), AV control systems and digital signal processing (DSP) systems is highly desired.

• Experience working with collaboration technologies including, but not limited to Zoom, Teams and Webex.

• Possesses strong level of knowledge in own expertise while maintaining a comprehensive understanding of a subset of the broader technology portfolio

• Ensures incidents impacting technology availability are resolved within policy standards

• Examines and collects data for trending capacity utilization

• Maintains a high proficiency in code management to ensure procedures are aligned to best practices

• Identifies performance tuning opportunities that will produce improvements to processing or capacity
