Necessary Skills

·2+ years of Collections, AR, or Billing.

·Great Communication (written and oral).

·Strong attention to detail, goal oriented.

·Tech Savvy.

·Ability to prioritize and manage multiple responsibilities.

A day in the role…

·Generate, review, and process invoices accurately and in a timely manner.

·Ensure compliance with company policies, contractual agreements, and regulatory requirements.

·Reconcile billing discrepancies and resolve customer billing issues.

·Maintain and update customer billing accounts and records.

·Prepare and distribute billing drafts for management review.
