Job Description

We are a rapidly growing women's health clinic that has recently expanded its services to include a mental health branch. We are dedicated to providing comprehensive care to our patients and are looking to enhance our mental health capabilities. We are seeking a Licensed Clinical Social Worker - Clinical Supervisor (LCSW-C) to join our team. This is a fully remote position, and the candidate must be licensed in Maryland. The ideal candidate will be well-rounded, clinically minded, and have experience in women's health. However, we welcome qualified candidates from all areas of social work.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient interactions and progress.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of the mental health program.

Essential Skills

• Licensed Clinical Social Worker - (LCSW-C) in the state of Maryland.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage a remote caseload.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Experience in women's health is preferred but not required.
• Proficient in EMR software for record keeping (SOAP Note and DAP Note).
• Bilingual skills are a plus.
