TEKsystems is actively hiring for a Order Entry Specialist/Customer Service Rep for a large and growing manufacturing company!!! Must be qualified!!
Start Date: May 5th
MUST HAVES:
1+ year of manufacturing customer service experience
Experience with salesforce or SAP is preferred
Description:
• Answering inbound phone calls in a professional and helpful manner.
• Making outbound phone calls in response to any inquires, questions, or other follow up
• Confirms account number, part number & descriptions
• Communication to customer on availability, open orders, and ship dates
• Confirms pricing & availability
• Answer customer service inquiries, phones or emails as assigned and meets statistical expectations as set by supervisor (refer to grid)
• Supports administrative duties on sending and receiving supplier purchase orders
• Ability to multi-task issuing credits and rebills according to policy and procedure
Shift:
Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm
