Job Title: Civil Drafter

Job Description: Are you ready to bring your drafting skills to a dynamic team? We're seeking a dedicated AutoCAD Drafter to join our company, which specializes in commercial site development in the Metro Area. You'll be responsible for taking blueprints and drawings and redlining different aspects, all from the comfort of our office. This role is purely focused on drafting, with no engineering responsibilities.

Responsibilities:

• Blueprint Specialist: Take blueprints and drawings and redline different aspects to ensure precision.
• Office Drafter: Perform all drafting work in the office, collaborating closely with project managers and civil engineers.
• Accuracy Advocate: Work with project managers and civil engineers to ensure the accuracy and completion of projects.

Essential Skills:

• 1+ years of drafting experience
• 1+ years of AutoCAD experience
• Associate's degree in Civil Technician or a similar field

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

• 1+ years of experience with site development
• 2+ years of site development work
• Experience with grading, slope, and land development
• Proficiency in Civil 3D design

Work Environment: Join our small, tight-knit team in Blaine, MN. Our office features a laid-back atmosphere with a dress code of jeans and polo shirts. You'll be working alongside two project managers, three to four civil engineers, and one drafter. The role requires 40 hours a week, with potential overtime depending on project deadlines.
