Job Title: Project Manager - Oracle EBS to Oracle Fusion Migration

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead a feasibility study and potential migration from Oracle EBS to Oracle Fusion. This role involves managing all project phases, starting with a feasibility study lasting 6-8 weeks and potentially transitioning to a year-long migration phase. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth execution of the migration process, handle extensive customizations, and coordinate with stakeholders and vendors to meet project milestones.

Responsibilities

• Conduct and manage the feasibility study to assess the viability of migrating from Oracle EBS to Oracle Fusion.
• Oversee the project phases, starting with the feasibility study and transitioning to the migration phase if viable.
• Ensure smooth execution of the migration process, including handling extensive customizations.
• Coordinate with vendors, including offshore resources, to ensure project milestones are met.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including IT and finance teams, to align project goals and expectations.
• Manage vendor relationships and ensure effective communication and coordination.
• Prepare for the feasibility study by aligning necessary resources and stakeholders.
• Conduct interviews with potential candidates and assess their fit for the project management role.

Essential Skills

• 5+ years of experience in ERP systems, specifically migrating from Oracle EBS to Oracle Fusion.
• Strong experience in Oracle IT and finance.
• Proven track record in project and product management.
• Experience in managing vendors, particularly offshore resources.

This role offers the flexibility of 100% remote work.
