Job Title: Architectural Project Manager
Job Description
Our client is seeking an experienced Retail Project Manager to lead the project delivery team in Consumer Experiences with a large architecture client based in Seattle. This role involves managing projects with celebrity retail brands, ensuring team engagement in the development of project design and delivery.
Responsibilities
- Manage overall project development with limited support and oversight
- Oversee project delivery team against budget and schedule with limited support and oversight
- Support others in the management of project budgets and schedules as needed
- Engage in mentoring and apprenticeship opportunities and encourage a learning culture
- Participate in the negotiation of additional services as required
- Manage contract fee, scope, and schedule with minimal support and oversight
- Review and issue invoices, tracking progress in collections
- Communicate with clients in pursuit of collections as required
- Perform Construction Administration per requirements of the AIA A201
- Participate in construction costing, scheduling, and phasing
- Handle Quality Control of project documents with internal team review
- Lead client communication at the project level as required
- Continue growth in communication proficiency with leadership team, client, and project team
- Ensure projects begin with a project plan and budget work plan in place
- Ensure team engagement in the development of project design and delivery
- Engage and communicate with the client throughout the project
- Maintain consistent rigor around client and team communications
- Achieve budget goals
- Focus on team ownership of projects and team dynamics
- Advance project management expertise of the studio
- Ensure no project management related claims are made

- Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or equivalent
Work Environment
Hybrid Work Environment: 3 days in the office, 2 days remote, with up to 25% travel to other sites. A company car is provided for onsite traveling. The work involves engaging with global partnerships with renowned brands and is supported by a company merging with Colliers Engineering and Design for expanding design services.
Compensation:$120000
