Key Responsibilities:
• Configure, install, and maintain desktop environments.
• Troubleshoot and perform first-level break/fix support for Windows-based systems.
• Diagnose and resolve or escalate local networking issues.
• Maintain KPIs in service request resolution and escalate as needed.
• Monitor active issues and maintain communication with end users.
• Configure and troubleshoot iOS devices and MDM solutions for end users.
• Install, configure, and maintain peripherals as required.
• Provide remote support for all Business Groups across the U.S. and Canada

Additional Skills & Qualifications
Client is looking for an individual who has a great attitude and customer service skills more than anything.
• College degree, technical training, or certifications preferred.
• 6Months- 1 year of IT support or service delivery experience is required.
• Hands-on experience with hardware repairs and upgrades on desktops/laptops.
• Expertise in Windows 10/11, MS Office 365, MS Teams, and Apple iOS.
• Strong troubleshooting skills in local network environments.
• Familiarity with Microsoft concepts (DHCP, DNS).
• Experience with ServiceNow and TeamViewer is a plus.
• Microsoft certification in relevant areas is a plus.
• Ability to provide both in-person and remote end-user support with strong customer service skills.
