Job Description

We are seeking a Nerve Conduction Technician/Medical Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in conducting nerve conduction velocity tests, rooming patients, taking vitals, triaging, entering medical records, scribing for the physician, and scheduling patient appointments. This role offers an opportunity to make a significant impact within a small family practice.

• Cleaning and preparing exam rooms

Essential Skills

• Patient care
• Medical assisting
• Pain management
• 6 months+ of NCS (Nerve Conduction Study) or NCV (Nerve Conduction Velocity) experience working with pain management patients
• Medical Assistant experience
• CNCT (Certified Nerve Conduction Technician)

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Preferably a Nerve Conduction Technician
• Attendance at a university or college with an accredited neurodiagnostic technology program
• Certification preferred but not required
• National registry exam passed
• Basic life support certification
• Previous Medical Assistant experience preferred
