Our client, a leading North American mortgage originator and servicing company, is looking to add Home Loan Specialists to their St. Louis, MO team.

Description

The Home Loan Specialist is an entry level role supporting various Channels. As the Home Loan Specialist, you will act as a key contributor to facilitate efficient and effective processes that support business and customer service objectives.

The Home Loan Specialist will:

Perform routine data entry and validation tasks

Initiate third party orders (title, appraisal, hazard, flood cert, credit, etc.)

Review and validate loan documents

Handle routine calls, emails and/or chat responses

Monitor work queues and intervening as needed

Perform other related duties as required and assigned

Demonstrate behaviors which are aligned with the organization’s desired culture and values

Skills & Qualifications

Associate’s degree or equivalent work experience

Proficiency in Microsoft Office

Financial Services experience and, mortgage industry experience preferred
