Mechanical Designer

Job Description

The Mechanical Designer is a vital member of our team. Collaborating with Project Managers, the Sales Team, Quality Assurance, and Production, they design equipment that addresses complex manufacturing challenges for our customers. Their extensive knowledge plays a pivotal role in our product design process, driving continuous improvement in both current and future designs.

Responsibilities

• Design pressure vessels, tanks, agitators, platforms, and ladders specific to customer requirements using 3D modeling software.
• Update current production designs to meet customer needs while adhering to internal standards.
• Develop Bill of Materials, customer drawings, manufacturing drawings, and other related engineering documents.
• Provide product and part design innovations that result in improved quality and cost reductions.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Essential Skills

• Proficiency in the use of 3D modeling software.
• Experience with ERP or MRP Software (e.g., Syteline).
• Minimum 2 years of industrial mechanical engineering experiences
