Job Title: Quality Assurance Specialist

Job Description

We are seeking a passionate and highly motivated Quality Assurance Specialist. The primary responsibility of this role is to lead, support, and develop quality systems that comply with ISO9001 industry standards. Reporting to the Quality Manager, the person in this role will support the Quality Department’s objective to support all Quality Management System (QMS) activities, including procedure development, review, and internal auditing.

Responsibilities

• Support the maintenance and enhancement of the ISO9001 Quality Management System.
• Review all applicable North American Quality Requirements and Quality Standards and assist in creating and enhancing policies and procedure documents.
• Lead and participate in internal audits.
• Confirm countermeasure effectiveness of all audit findings.

Essential Skills

• Bachelor’s Degree
• Previous experience with ISO 9001, IATF, or NAMQSR deployment, execution, or sustainment.
• Technical problem-solving ability (PDCA, RC/CM, TBP)
• Excellent communication and reporting skills, including technical writing skills.
• Proficient use of Microsoft Excel, Word, & PowerPoint.
• Skilled use of SharePoint site creation & editing.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Experience in the manufacturing industry.
• Automotive experience is a plus.
