Job Title: Aseptic Process Engineer


Job Description

A global pharmaceutical company is seeking a Process Engineer for their Aseptic Manufacturing continuous improvement efforts. This individual will review data, observe processes on the shop floor, and collaborate with key stakeholders and leadership to drive continuous improvement initiatives.


Responsibilities

  • Partner on cross-functional process improvements
  • Develop plans to improve the performance of a process or set of systems
  • Develop and manage project budget for improvements for a process or set of systems
  • Support event response activities
  • Support implementation of better practices and participate in sharing knowledge across the site for improvement projects
  • Maintain and establish standards for procedures and maintenance plans

Essential Skills

  • Experience within a GMP setting in the pharmaceutical industry
  • Experience working in Aseptic Manufacturing, including gowning and being on the shop floor
  • Experience in continuous improvement, identifying gaps, and driving change
  • Strong data analysis skills

Work Environment

This role is on site in Clayton with normal hours from 8-5, offering flexibility. The work environment involves some desk work and some time on the floor as needed.


Compensation:$45
