Description
The technician will be handling service tickets for Small Business and Commercial Businesses. The technical will be able to look at the jobs through the mobile app to see when and where the technician will need to be and what the job entails. The technician will reach out to the customer when they are enroute to every job. If for any reason the tech is running late, they will need to commute with the team. All the inventory will be sent to the technician's house and need to make sure they are great with inventory management.
Ability to troubleshoot technical problems.
Replace system components as assigned; panels, peripheral devices, audible/visual alarms, etc.
Diagnose causes of problems or failures in systems for the purpose of identifying equipment and systems repair
Maintain safety practices to prevent against injury and damage to property.
Maintain a clean and organized workspace / job site, ensuring customers satisfaction after the interaction.

This tech needs to be great at communication!
For traveling cost the technician will receive $200/week that will cover gas and drive time. This is a Tax free expense. The technician will only make their hourly rate while on the job. There is no pay for any drive time which is cover in the weekly traveling cost.
