TEKsystems is seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Inside/Outside Sales Person to join our dedicated sales team. The ideal candidate will have a strong desire to learn, excellent communication skills, and a passion for providing exceptional customer service. This role involves both inside and outside sales activities, including prospecting, client visits, and managing customer relationships.
Description
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in developing and maintaining relationships with new and existing customers.
Support the identification and pursuit of new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and client visits.
Learn to understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions for their lifting equipment requirements.
Help prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals to potential clients.
Collaborate with the technical team to ensure accurate and timely delivery of products and services.
Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities.
Work towards achieving sales targets and objectives.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system.
Provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the sales process.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Strong interest in sales and a desire to build a career in the field.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
Valid driver's license and willingness to travel for client visits.
High school diploma or equivalent; some college coursework in business or a related field is a plus.
