Job Description:
- Work within construction drawing phase to lead team in producing full construction document sets for Multi-Family/Mixed-Use projects ranging from 200-4,000 square feet
- Working with and advising junior staff of 2-5 within construction drawing phase., Will also be working with or reporting to Senior Associate/ Lead Designer
- 25% - 50% spent in technical production (producing, mark ups, red-lines)
- Coordinate with clients, engineers, and trades on all projects
- Review all drawings for code compliance
Qualifications:
- 1-3 years of architectural experience within CD phase
- Proficiency in Revit
- Bachelor of Architecture
