Job Title: Lab Technician

Job Description

As a Lab Technician, you will play a crucial role in assembling prototype products by following provided instructions. You will operate both prototype and manufacturing scale equipment and may also assemble products manually. Your responsibilities include assembling new product concepts in either existing or new packaging, inspecting products and packaging for defects, and providing feedback to product development teams to ensure lessons learned are captured early.

Responsibilities

• Assemble prototype products following provided instructions.
• Operate both prototype and manufacturing scale equipment to assemble prototype products, with manual assembly when needed.
• Assemble new product concepts in either existing or new packaging.
• Provide feedback to product development teams on the prototype build process.
• Inspect products and packaging for defects, including foil seals.
• Support in updating prototype product inventory whenever parts or products are entered or removed.
• Complete appropriate documentation for assets or prototype builds.
• Package and ship products to other facilities for testing or deliver products to sterilization when needed.
• Complete provided training and follow all site policies including site safety, environmental, and regulatory policies.
