Job Description:

  • Respond to inquiries promptly across multiple channels.
  • Investigate potential fraud and escalate issues as needed.
  • Moderate user-generated content for compliance.
  • Troubleshoot customer issues and provide effective solutions.
  • Document customer interactions accurately.

Job Qualifications:

  • 1 year of call center experience in an energetic/upbeat environment
  • Familiarity with content moderation and compliance standards is a plus.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Positive attitude and eagerness to learn.
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace is a plus.

Pay Rate: $19.50/HR weekly pay

Schedule: Mon-Fri 8:30am-5pm Full-Time

Location: Las Vegas, NV 89120 - ONSITE

Start Date: April 28th

Compensation:$22
