Job Description:
- Respond to inquiries promptly across multiple channels.
- Investigate potential fraud and escalate issues as needed.
- Moderate user-generated content for compliance.
- Troubleshoot customer issues and provide effective solutions.
- Document customer interactions accurately.
Job Qualifications:
- 1 year of call center experience in an energetic/upbeat environment
- Familiarity with content moderation and compliance standards is a plus.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Positive attitude and eagerness to learn.
- Proficiency in Google Workspace is a plus.
Pay Rate: $19.50/HR weekly pay
Schedule: Mon-Fri 8:30am-5pm Full-Time
Location: Las Vegas, NV 89120 - ONSITE
Start Date: April 28th
Compensation:$22
