Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in construction project management, with a strong background in heavy civil and concrete projects. The Construction Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of project planning, execution, and completion, ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee all phases of construction projects, from initial planning to final completion.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans.
• Coordinate and communicate with project stakeholders, including clients, subcontractors, and team members.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and industry standards.
• Monitor project progress and performance, identifying and addressing any issues or delays.
• Prepare and present regular project status reports to senior management and clients.
• Lead and mentor project teams, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction project management, with a focus on heavy civil and concrete projects.
