Description

-Provide customer service to registered shareholders through inbound and outbound call lists. -Educate shareholders on various corporate actions, board and shareholder proposals and voting options. -Track and monitor outstanding issues and provide clients with timely updates. -Log information into Access Database -Assist in the development of campaign themes to ensure the proper narrative is being communicated.

Shift - Mon - Fri - 10 AM - 6 PM Saturdays remote hours - work from home Equipment needed for overtime on Saturdays • Windows 11 Pro or macOS version 13 or higher (up two 2 operating system versions behind the current version, which is macOS 15 Sequoia) • Must have smart phone for authentication and VPN access iPhone - IOS Version 14 - Android - OS Version 10 • Must have reliable internet connection (Min 50 Download / 11 Upload Speeds) https://www.speedtest.net/ HIGHLY ENCOURAGED TO WORK SATURDAYS (OVT) - Shift 9-4PM(EST) Strong and articulate communication skills Being able to multitask between inbound and outbound calls Someone who doesn't need to be monitored and can be proactive during slower times Candidates can expect a 40+ hr work week during busy season. Disqualifiers: -Does not have experience related to finance, accounting, business or related -Zero tolerance for being late
