Job Description

We are seeking four Analysts to support 'Project Phoenix.' This project involves system implementations for quoting and booking processes, replacing outdated systems with Service Path, Binary Stream, Invoice applications, and more.

Responsibilities

• Manually calculate new bookings by reviewing serial numbers to determine what is new and ensure commissions are paid to salespeople.
• Support invoicing and work through the queue to manually generate orders that turn into invoices.
• Maintain high attention to detail and apply analytical thinking to all tasks.
• Work comfortably with repetitive tasks and take direction well.

Essential Skills

• Proficient in Excel data entry.
• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, economics, data analytics, supply chain, or related fields.
• Highly analytical and detail-oriented.
• Curious and unafraid to make mistakes.
• Comfortable with repetitive tasks.

Work Environment

Training will be conducted onsite. Regular work schedule is Monday through Thursday in the office, with Fridays typically work from home.
