Position Description
Personable individual who will adhere to and promote our core values by performing duties in a manner that are consistent with being a team player and providing excellent customer service. Assists team members with providing electronic forms design, revision, and maintenance for our external customers.
Position Responsibilities
• Design forms within SaaS products
• Works closely with the Forms Design Manager on form design standards and meeting project timelines
• While designing, ensure all forms design standards are met, spelling and spacing is accurate, and rendered form represents the needed information from the original
• Works with Forms Design Manager to communicate issues and request changes or enhancements to software.
• Have a casual and friendly rapport with other department team members.
• Diligently and expediently follow-up on assigned duties and responsibilities
• Work to meet deadlines from project manager
• Communicate regularly with internal project team regarding forms within a project
• Act as subject matter expert and point of contact for contractors as it relates to questions on specific design techniques
• Track daily and weekly design project time both billable and non-billable to a project
• Promotes and intentionally works to foster an environment and culture of inclusion and equity
• Works under close to moderate supervision with latitude for independent judgment on design.
• Other job-related duties as assigned

• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
