Job Title: Inventory Planner
Job Description
We are seeking an Inventory Planner with a thorough understanding and accurate maintenance of process-related systems. The ideal candidate will establish and maintain communication networks with the supply base to promote positive relationships focused on delivery performance. This role involves evaluating and escalating critical issues to management for timely allocation of resources, developing communication networks both internally and externally for operational success, and collaborating with project leaders to meet Key Performance Indicators (KPI) targets.
Responsibilities
- Maintain and understand process-related systems accurately.
- Establish and maintain communication networks with the supply base to promote positive delivery performance.
- Evaluate and escalate critical issues to management for appropriate resource allocation.
- Develop communication networks both internally and externally for operational success and department awareness.
- Collaborate with project leaders to support International Supply Chain department projects and meet KPI targets.
- Collaborate with other departments, units, groups, and experts for development or improvement to reduce departmental impact.
- Coordinate design change activities to ensure quality and minimize production impact and cost.
- Coordinate with CC to ensure timely receipt, packing, and delivery of products to desired customer, supplier, or facility.
- Strive for continuous improvement through the Plan Do Check Action (PDCA) cycle for areas of responsibility.
- Develop self, colleagues, and team capabilities through training, mentoring, and experience sharing for succession planning and team growth.
- Support company vision through business plans and other department initiatives.
Essential Skills
- Experience in planning, supply chain, production planning, SAP, ERP, inventory, MRP, purchasing, logistics, material planning, inventory planning, and Microsoft Office.
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or equivalent related experience.
- 2-4 years of experience in a related field if no degree is held.
- Knowledge of inventory management and manufacturing workflow.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work with limited direction.
- Ability to troubleshoot complex problems in a team-based environment.

- Effectively lead project themes.

Compensation:$28.83
