Job Summary
Responsible for end-to-end systems setup and onboarding of all new Enterprise Customers as well as ongoing support of Enterprise and supporting systems. Serves as subject matter expert for upstream/downstream business units as well as internal team members. Completes upfront analysis for all new deals/renewals to ensure compliance and requirements checks are complete and customer/opportunity is ready for implementation. Responsible for accuracy of systems setup and efficient hand off of new contracts, amendments and renewals from Sales to Service delivery. Works with vendors and team to establish and achieve goals. Coordinates the activities of a cross-functional team including exempt and non-exempt employees. Works with limited supervision/guidance.

Education
Bachelor's Degree
While possessing the stated degree is preferred, Comcast also may consider applicants who hold some combination of coursework and experience, or who have extensive related professional experience.

- Manages projects, with direct supervision, to ensure on-time completion according to specifications and within budgeted costs.
- Uses formal processes and tools to manage resources, budgets, risks and changes.
- Identifies project scope and objectives. Manages a cross-functional team including third party vendors and other resources; coordinates activities to achieve goals.
- Plans and directs schedule and budget.
- Maintains communication with stakeholders. Provides status reports to Project Managers, vendors, stakeholders and resources.
- Addresses problems through risk management and contingency planning and presents solutions and/or options to executive management.
- Regular, consistent and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) and overtime as necessary.
